About the Products

How do I find the right products for my skin?

You should reach out to our text line or Instagram page for more help in choosing the correct products for your skin type.

What kind of ingredients are in your products?

The Skin Cubed Company hand-crafts each and every product using vegan and ethically sourced ingredients. There are no harmful ingredients in any of products.

How do I use your products the right way?

There are instructions on the back of every product as well as online in the How To Use section on the product page. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out via text line or email as stated above.

Do you test your products on animals?

We do not believe in animal testing. We will never test our products on animals.

Why didn't my skin respond like my friend's skin?

Everyone's skin is different. Thus, results will vary between individuals. While a specific item may be working for someone else, it may not work for you. For this reason, we have created a range of products to target different skin types and concerns. Each product has an in-depth description of their benefits on their individual product pages. We can also offer a skin consultation to help you select the products that are best for you.

Orders and Shipping

What is ordering process like? What emails will I receive?

 An order confirmation is separate from shipping confirmation. Your order confirmation comes immediately after purchase, shipping confirmation will send once your products have been sent by the postal carrier. From there you can track the whereabouts of your order by using the tracking number provided in the email.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Processing days are working business days from Monday to Friday excluding U.S. holidays, SATURDAY & SUNDAYS. Please allow 3-10 business days for normal processing which you have agreed to at checkout.

Which options do I have for shipping my products?

Your package can ship from the following rates:

  • USPS First Class Package
  • USPS First Class Package International
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International
  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS® Standard

Each shipping method includes a tracking number and will take anywhere from 1-5 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at . We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).

Why is it taking so long for my order to arrive?

Picking a two-day shipping option at checkout does not guarantee your package will be shipped out in two days. Your package will only ship once the processing of your package is over. Please allow 3-7 business days for normal processing which you have agreed to at checkout. Your shipping option does not determine your processing length. It only determines how long it takes to deliver your item once it has been placed in the possession of the delivery service you have selected.

What should I do if my package is lost or if I am afraid my order could be lost?

You should know that if you choose FIRST CLASS PACKAGE, your order does NOT come with insurance. In order for your package to come with insurance, you must select PRIORITY MAIL. Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. However, we are able to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. If your package is sent back to us, for any reason; INCLUDING an incorrect address you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We also offer shipping insurance through ROUTE INSURANCE. This is a small fee that insures your package in case it is damaged, lost or stolen. We highly recommend you purchase this insurance.

Will my products melt?

Please be advised that these are naturally hand crafted products with natural oils and butters with natural melting points of approximately 100 degrees. During the warmer months melting may occur. We recommend placing your order in a cool place or refrigerator upon arrival.

Do you offer refunds and can I cancel my order?

The following refund options are supported:
  • Refund to store credit
If you cancel your order prior to shipment we are able to issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 12 hours of there is a $6.00 restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.
The following are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchanges:

Skin Cubed products have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration so again test each product on small portion of skin before usage. Please contact your healthcare physician immediately if you suspect you may have issues or have any concerns regarding medical conditions.
